Cancellation Policy //
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, with a need to make schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We will require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
You will also be marked as a “no show”, which will result in you needing to prepay for your next appointment. Once you have done this, and arrive to your next appointment on time, we will remove the “no show” from file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may review these conditions.
Please respect that our time is important and when you cancel last minute, we aren’t able to fill the spot. This results in someone else missing out, and in a loss of income for us.
